He was the leader and the organizer. It was all done Uber his direction. There are photos of him at the scene.

Also ask yourself: how is it he tweeted about October 7 before it happened, and he had fliers (with paragliders) printed and ready to distribute as it was happening?

I think most people wouldn't mind at all if Khalil was deported if all those accusations were true and, according to you, proven. Why is there no proper information you think? Why was Khalil so far not accused of any crime if the evidence is so clear?

Oh honey. He had 17 lawyers and more than due process.
He's a terrorist. He lied on his green card application. Immigration laws passed by both houses of Congress and signed by POTUS Biden require his deportation.
He had his day in court and the best defense Qatar money can by.

It has to do with due process, justice and facts. I have no stake in this and am not stupid, but I could not in good conscience deport the guy without knowing more. Evidence so far seems to include unverified tabloid articles. That's not good enough.

I do wish for clear statements from a prosecutor. I don't know anything about Khalil's tweets or fliers and whether any of it is verified.
This is what bothers me. It seems so wishy-washy. That's not how it should be.

Not necessary. You're not the judge. Kahlil and his 17 lawyers appeared before an immigration judge who looked at the evidence, ruled Kahlil poses a national security risk, and approved his deportment.
I'm not worried about that.
I am VERY worried about Garcia and the other peaceful non-criminals.

I care about injustice too. What Kahlil has done is injustice. Good riddance to him. He’s a distraction from the real victims, victims of Trump and victims of jihadists.
