The video has been cross-posted to Youtube and a few people in the comments are identifying some of the audio as Tagalog, which would fit with the crew including Filipinos.
This person has been spamming claims that the crash is a conspiracy over and over to various journalists and when I explained why it's not she told me to "learn the facts", blocked me, and has since been posting James Baldwin quotes about the danger of ignorance 🙃
The Solong's AIS responder stopped working soon after the crash but I'm pretty sure you can still reliably track it by this incredibly bunched together group of tug boats that are in charge of wrangling the wreck.
The thing is they're not just worried about the aviation fuel leaking out.
Each of the storage tanks has an inert gas system that removes the air in the tanks and replaces it with something that will prevent and/or smother potential fires.
If that system isn't working, or if any of the tanks have been breached in a way that allows some of the fuel to remain in the tank mixing with regular air that's a really big problem which drastically increases the risk of more fires or explosions and makes the tanks much harder to empty.
The search and rescue aircraft is out over the area where the Solong and Stena Immaculate crashed again. Unclear if it's related since the search for the missing crewmember was called off a couple of days ago.

I've read that the Captain is Russian, and the crew is Russians and Filipinos...

Obviously the main thing they'll be looking at will be the storage tanks to see how many may have been ruptured.
