I love hummingbirds! I have a Bird Buddy photograph taking hummingbird feeder in addition to the regular feeder that took this photo. Arrived late in the year so I'm looking forward to using it starting in around April.

Yes! I have a mix of suet and assorted seeds, peanuts, etc., out for all the birds. They eat very well. 😊

When we put up our first nesting box a few years ago, we had reasonable hopes that it would be occupied within a year or 3.

Instead, it took… about 4 hours before a female was checking it out and then the male and then a nest and young and fledglings.

Now, every year, 4 boxes.

Hapiness is… ❤️ ❤️❤️

That is so amazing! I absolutely love birds. I take care of them year-round. I put up a house last year, which was also immediately occupied.

In April, there are no fewer than a dozen at any given time out on the feeders. When they are startled, it's a beautiful sea of blue wings taking off.
