About the article on R1's reluctance to talk about sensitive topics in China, I keep thinking if people don't care about an important possibility - that R1 has not only filtered info about China, but many countries around the world. This can make it much more attractive to non-western govts.
Some crude attempts from me - see that there is no blocks for uncomfortable questions (the ones at the end). And the boilerplate answers, both for China and India.
Between this and their contextual retrieval cookbook you have some key pieces for RAG in an elegant form. Some companies targeting enterprise would have launched a single, massive, overengineered RAG framework.
