I thought it couldn't get any worse, but 😫 Well, bc of these problems in the heating system, the pipes burst today and my relative's apartment flooded. I spent all day today trying to save her documents and some things. And I think I got burns on my hands bc of the very hot and dirty water...

But she is not even allowed to walk around her house or eat after 2pm. Just bc the landlord knows that she is Ukrainian and she will have to go back to the war zone. They are just bullying her and she has no choice
