If social media has taught me anything over the years, it’s to have an extremely loose blocking finger.
Someone harassing you? Block.
Post things that make you uncomfortable? Block.
Slightly annoyed you? Block.
Don’t like their vibes? Block.
You can block anyone for any reason.

After the twitter blue, blue checkmark change? I probably have blocked tens of thousands of accounts on twitter now. I hate bluechecks with a passion.
Even more so how I’d rather have a good time on Twitter and the internet in general.
Nobody is entitled access to you on any given day. People who whine about being blocked by someone have absolutely zero respect, and you don’t want those people around you.
I’ve been online since I was like… 10, and I’m approaching 30. I have my experience with all kinds of blocking situations.

There's no difference to that scenario online. Always block when you don't want to deal with somebody.
