Sometimes I feel like that too, especially if its those ones that arent right to eat, with the brown bits in between the lime green💀. But i try to stomach it because of the beneficial nutrients

Shame man. Was the same with eggs with me but I outgrew it and I love consuming them now. Maybe at a later stage you will be able to get back to it again but word, its a popular addition with most fast food dishes so if you are into that, some options would be a no no
