I've a BA in history/politics and read a lot about colonialism here and in the US. Tactics used by the church, state and settlers were similarly greedy and murderous against Native Peoples.
I wish I could say it is improving here but it isn't.
Indigenous People here are treated as political pawns.

TY. I am part Native American, Mohawk, which was one of the original tribes of the Iroquois Confederacy. The US constitution is based on the principles of the Iroquois Nation. Means they stole more than land.
