How strange.
I went back to work this morning, but clocked back out again almost straight away. Didn't feel right at all &..... my knees hurt. 😳

I'm putting it down to just feeling weak after eating very little since Sunday. I can't wait to get out for a walk though. Maybe at the weekend.

Yeah, I'm clucking to get pedalling again, but a little worried about overdoing it.
