Mongolian chicken? Maybe. It’s really just leftover bbq chicken with vegh and some onions, Sichuan peppercorns and peppers, and mushrooms. And… some sauce the might be closest to Sichuan sauce. I’ve no clue what I’m doing anymore. ☺️🍜🍽️🙏🏼
