no, he's not doing street shit he has prescription k and i assume 24/7 access to medical care. but extended high dose ketamine use takes a massive toll on the body. Particularly the bladder. ketamine is a hard capital D Drug with massive therapeutic potential and also massive potential harm.

A bunch of the VCs around him take 2-CB and Phenylpiracetam looking for an edge. He has been known to take LSD. Ketamine will mess you up if you are not very careful it would be my last line choice for depression treatment when I looked at it personally I decided ECT was safer.

it’s a dissociative, rather than a sedative. people can experience a dreamlike state as part of the subjective effect, & that looks drowsy/sleepy from the outside

on the whole, it’s activating, but not extremely so - with lower doses (as for depression), ppl might fall asleep if they’re very tired

I don't know that I really consider that fair to Ohler's work. He certainly overemphasized the role those drugs played in the decision making at the time but I wouldn't say he blames Nazi atrocities on drug use

Never did it (or anything) IV, but snorting small amounts mildly alters perception and has a noticeable impact on motor skills. Snorting larger amounts causes a 'k-hole' where you outwardly appear sedated but your mind is experiencing something like a psychedelic trip.

you're welcome. btw ketamine does have many legit uses but free wheeling daily on it long term is not going to go anywhere good for most people. i had a surgery last year and when i was under they gave me a "whiff" of ketamine in the IV. When i woke up i felt AMAZING and my brain was happy af.
