It has felt thing a lot of things are moving under the surface since the day after Election Day. I can’t explain it but it’s awful. I feel it deep down. Like when you walk into a room where someone was just talking shit about you. It’s so awful.

Absolutely. During the night after the election I had a strong "disturbance in the force" type of feeling and was up all night. Then I woke up to Jeff Teidrich's email saying Trump had won. I thought, no. This goes against everything I saw and felt in the last two months.

I don’t know how to explain this other than to say, when I allow myself to cry to my very core, sometimes a feeling comes over me and the intensity is gone, when things are going to be ok.

The intensity of the emotion dissipates…

That is what many of us refer to as "gut feeling".
I've had gut feelings all my life from childhood and it has most always been pretty darn accurate!
