By confronting politicians in-person during office visits, stating boldly up front how their policies affect you & your loved ones, and bringing demands, you are no longer a faceless voter. You are a person. That's harder to ignore.

You've heard the addage "This is a marathon, not a sprint". It's true. We must remain vigilant and interact with what's happening, because ignoring it got us here in the first place.
But their goal is to also rob you of your joy and your future. We can't let that happen.
Therapists teach us that making plans is important because it keeps us working toward a goal & helps us stay in motion.
So in between activism, make sure you rest, eat and drink water.
But most of all, plan for the future you want. You're more likely to keep going.
