My favorite game of all time.

Got caught up in some Saturday morning retro gaming and spent a few hours of high adventure in the Caribbean. Even after all these years Sid Meier's Pirates! is able to carry me away.

It's hard to name a favorite but I easily spent the most time with it and have the fondest memories of it.

Roller Coaster Tycoon, the SSI D&D games, Civilization, Sim City also ate up a lot of my younger years 😁

I never got into the sim/strategy games too much. Pirates was a noteable exception.

And Black and White, which is another of my top favs.

Those are the games I excel at because they don't require quick reactions. I never did well in FPS or action games. Driving games are an exception strangely enough. I do well with them. 🤷‍♂️

Hey that's what is so absolutely cool about games imo. Something for everyone. I'm always astounded at people complaining about a lack of gaming choice. They HAVE to be living in a different dimension than mine. 👍♥️

We have more games to choose from than ever. And I too love that there are games for everyone now. I've even found a few cozy gardening games.

We are/did live in a golden age. Damn shame what's happening to the industry right now.
