Pretty ambivalent about this, tbh. The way it just showed up & adopted us.

Pros -

1) sprog loves it; feeling seems to be fairly mutual.
2) means a lot less of my time spent trying to shoot rats in the outbuildings & trap mice in the house.
3) fairly self-sufficient/un-needy.

Cons -

It's a cat.
