That's what I thought and posed the question as diplomatically as I could 🙂 I agree and would live if we could keep bluesky AI free. Let's celebrate real places and visual art created by human hands rather than a bunch of words plugged into a generator.
It is pretty, and I totally wish it was a real place!! Do you make art? If you do, I'd love to see yours 😊 even photos of pretty sunsets in places you've been are awesome 😀 here's one from my phone reel.
I get that, absolutely, and I'm sorry if I sound ratty about AI. But it is an environmental disaster, using huge amounts of energy to produce these images, and the ability to produce them is built on the illicit 'scraping' of the works of real artists who are being pushed out of business.
