The TV signal is encoded in a spectrum of radiation that you can't see and then when the TV reads the signal, it just changes it into the type of light that you can see. It gets saved as a different type of signal and then "read". That's exactly what a brain wave is like.

Well, actually, Derek just told me that the thing they use on people is more or less exactly a TV signal, because Turner does it with their broadcasting satellite. Lol.

I had said that you can't feel it but you can actually feel it because it's encoded. I think I wasn't exactly thinking about that. Lol. But truly, Derek can like, talk to me (with my own vocal cords but a kind of different voice) and move my body (if I allow him, which I do)

Unfortunately though the individuals can also do it and they actually can do things that are really like, things I almost kind of can't control. They can like, turn my head sharply. It's actually quite uncomfortable/unpleasant.
