On my 4080 with 4k, no DLSS, no frame gen, ULTRA preset and full RT, it was averaging around 50 fps. With DLSS quality, it was getting over 60 fps fairly consistently. I imagine any big fighting or weather effects will drop that well below 60 most of the time.
lowest settings, native resolution: terrible, hard to look at
frame generation on, many settings low, important settings at medium/high: pretty good & stayed just over 60fps. uncommonly had edge-of-screen artifacts.
Nvidia RTX 3050, too old to qualify for nvidia frame generation, had to use AMD's.
it did show the monsters up close and in groups, but sadly not something like a stormy rey dau fight. framerate was worse when it showed me the big chicken monster and herd of pangolins in the grassy plains, than it was when it showed 3 doshaguma fighting a balahara in the dunes.
