Would anyone recommend this? I loved MGS but felt like Kojima was taking things to strange places. I'm not sure what to make of this. I don't care about actors like he does.

absolutely. liked it so much I beat the regular version on gamepass, immediately bought the DC on steam and 100%ed it

it's genuinely one of my favourite games of all time, its one of the most sincere, genuine and fun games of the last console generation!

Also I know you don't care about actors but I don't think this game would be the same without Norman Reedus as Sam, he's absolutely phenomenal in the game

I absolutely loved Death Stranding. I thought I was going to hate it, but after trying it, I couldn't put it down. I know I'm always going on about being able to play games offline and the importance of longevity, but if you can play this one online, do, for the the passive interactions with others.
