Yeah, a free water ride into your yard and into various objects. Surely that much water couldn't damage adjacent structures. Also that's a fuckton of water to suddenly dump on a yard, especially if it's chlorine treated.
2700 gallons sounds like a lot, but an hour straight of rain would put more than that in your yard. Chlorine treated water could kill the grass but probably wouldn’t unless your chlorine levers were super high.
I got dumped out of a 14’ x 48” pool, a 14’ x 33” would be a fun little ride.
