The person in question probably added a helpful kana-only re-rendering of the text -- (...γγ²?) γΉγγ γ€γ γ―γγ« γ’γγ‘γ³ as it seems? -- for their own private use, possibly due to a limited acquaintance with kanbun kundoku or similar?
