It's also gave Native Americans the right to citizenship also.

When studying Birthright Citizenship it's crazy the numbers of minorities that were excluded.

Someone at work tried to bring up “illegal immigration” with me last year. I interrupted mid-sentence, with full eye contact, and said “If anyone’s illegal on stolen land, it’s white people. Are we sure we want to pull on that thread?” It never came up again.

they won’t care. They asked for Obama and Kamala’s papers knowing both were demonstrably American citizens. They won with bluffs & suggestions. They don’t care about proof. All they need is to see a brown man & cast doubt. That’s enough.

It looks like he’s aiming to end it for future births. But there’s definitely going to be a legal fight bc it’s in the constitution
