Interesting idea. I'm skeptical of recommendation algorithms, but if you're involved it has to be a little more than just numbers from data clouds. Once the Kickstarter goes live I'll be sure to check it out.

I had a poke around it and yeah, it's giving good picks based on the couple dozen games I set as baselines. You build up a profile, but for individual recommendations you say 'I want something like Game A primarily but also a bit like Game B, weighted towards what Expert C would say'

The panel doesn't pick anything. The guy running the kickstarter is reaching out to industry people asking if they'd be interested in joining the panel.

You could TRY asking him but I doubt it'd go far. Especially as it won't be a paid thing unless the kickstarter is successful.
