Just read his biography. Talking shit about the guy just cause you’re envious of his power and fame without even knowing anything about his life and its actual hardships (yes!), shows how deep your „intellectualism“ actually goes.

I'm sure the richest man in the world's biography is straight shooting, on the level, and nothing but the truth. Not manipulated PR at all. Nothing to question here.
I‘m aware of embellishment and establishment bias. But I don’t think a major biography by a former Time editor, published by a big publishing house, would twist basic facts. Musk‘s life until his early thirties was marked by struggle, family problems and abandonment. Please just read up on it.
Actually no. His first big paycheck came from the first company he sold; specializing in connecting addresses with map functions in the early Internet. His father gave him practically nothing when he left South Africa. Please read a book, don’t stay ignorant.
Even if that was true in the way you mean it (his father was an engineer who occasionally did good business deals), he didn’t get any help from his father when he left South Africa as a minor to work and study in the US.
It’s petty to downplay achievements, just because you don’t like the person
Alex there's a spot on his boots you missed licking. He’s the worse father you could imagine, is completely lost in right-wing narratives and likes himself waaaay to much. He's not worth your time and energy.
