Top tip for folks looking for 3D art jobs in games: have chairs in your portfolios. Doors. Fuck, have a really good bit of skirting board.

Character art is cool and sexy and eye catching, but damn, videogames need like a really large number of doors.
Still looking for more applications.

I'm noticing a lot of enthusiasm for environmental art (which is good) but not many examples (which is not good).

Will start interviews early April.
