Hey so I think that depends on your genre and your goals. If you write horror and just want to build an audience Reddit is a great place. It's worked well for me. Look at the No Sleep subreddit and the Library of Shadows subreddit. Granted this isn't paid. For fantasy series try Royal Road or Amazon
