I am SO glad they made him feel like the piece of 💩he is. This is what the NYC rich did to him, and he has always known no one really likes him. Only his ignorant cult members. And he thinks they're beneath him so it's not the same but, he'll take it from anywhere he can get it.
I agree, it's hard to tell, but I think somewhere in him he knows, because it's easy to touch a raw nerve and when it happens he gets out-of-control reactive.
