GOP supporters find it hard to view things objectively because it’s an identity rather than a viewpoint. Told for decades over AM radio & TV that “independent” & “patriotic” = GOP supporter when the reality is the opposite. They’ve been voting for the rich- low wages,high prices & against workers.
