Storygraph feels much more polished to me, I've been using it for about a year now. Goodreads was slowly enshittitied by Amazon, RIP.

It’s really similar to GoodReads. You can add titles to your “to read” pile, keep track of books you’ve read, rate them, mark tone/genre so future readers know, there’s a spot for trigger warnings.

And they have a process for exporting your goodreads history to their app
