its because...they see snow in places where it should not be. Rather than try to understand (that this is a consequence)
they just assume...snow = no warming!

Meanwhile...in Canada, it's getting hotter and hotter...while cold air is hitting the USA now :D

People need to get into their mind that: the world does not obey common sense, and you cant navigate everything relying on everyday logic. Everyone has cognitive biases and get manipulated by everything. We are way dummer than we think.

This is where I live. I'm about to be in my 40s and I can't remember a time when we had over a foot of snow. This has definitely been one of the coldest winter's I can remember.
