Not t4t4t for the sake of it, but i did read two omegaverse fics (part of one series) with a!mel, b!jayce, and o!viktor (alpha has dicks, beta is intersex, omega has vagina) and jayce took hrt so he can conceive.
Mel and Viktor still sandwiching Jayce between them and fucking him stupid 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️ but also some soft & tender cuddling and kissing after, Mel in the middle as her two boys snuggle up close
