i like inking with a Leonardt Hiro 40 nib, which is the cheap clone version of a Brause 361 Steno.
ZIG sumi ink is pretty ok, prefer Pelikan india ink, but expensive in the US unfortunately
2mm leadholder pencil of any kind, generally find faber-castell leads to have the right feel, buy the leads in lots on ebay to save money tho,
for mechanical pencil imo 0.4mm has the perfect balance between fine line and not breaking. i've got a uni shift but the cheaper one would be pentel graphlet
