Been saying it for the past forty or so years, ever since I became politically aware.
The usa is not our friend, just that occasionally our interests allign.
Europe are our friends & allies, we need to keep the usa at arms length at the very least.

European HAS to come together as the third big grouping if only to counter/balance the big bullying aggression that can and will develop further from the US and Russia. China is very quiet in all this - wonder what advantage they will seek from the current turmoil.
