Isn't defying the courts an impeachable offense?

First time I’ve covered courts in person since the Supreme Court’s oral arguments in Obergefell in 2015. I wanted to see this one for myself. It was surreal. Frankly, I don’t think the judge or plaintiff counsel were ready for the govt’s abject stonewalling:
