So there’s a couple of ways to reduce deficit & cut federal employment:

1) you can study agencies, find duplication & waste, locate specific jobs that are unnecessary, & write up funding proposals through legislative channels; or

2) you can tell agencies “cut 50% of your workforce by next week”
