I’ve witnessed some close calls on Bryant where cyclists at speed didn’t expect look up and see a stroller pushing parent or an elderly person with a walker. It’s better where the paths are separated by grass but still an issue
Yeah, the potential for conflict is hard to 100% remove because people will make mistakes. I've also seen tons of close calls at both Lake and 36th St due to drivers running red lights or turning without looking for bikes/peds. Overall, though, the street is far safer and more comfortable!
