Question: to get the sref reference like you, you have to type —sref random in you initial prompt ? Is that correct

Yep. I do an initial prompt of "" --ar 3:2 --sref random and if I like those results, I then run my permutation of {a man, a woman, animal, fantasy, science fiction} --ar 3:2 {--v 6.1, --niji 6} to get a full set.

The initial "" prompt lets me see the sref's raw colors, subject matter and style

Thanks! What I don’t get is that the seed sref is for the 4 generated images, how could you define it for your favorite image out of the 4?

and if you're asking about using actual seeds, I don't bother with that. The SREF usually guides the style generally well enough that I don't have to bother with locking everything in to a seed value.

Ok thanks for your answers. I tried but was disappointed the create a board of the same character. That’s why the seed of my favorite pic only would have more useful. I guess it’s more for the general style that the sref can be used.

You could try throwing in a bit of --c, like 1-5, but I generally don't recommend doing that unless you're also using a mood board.

But yes, that's why I don't use seeds, it just gives you the same pictures. I like a little variety almost always unless I'm troubleshooting a prompt.

I think what you're asking is how I choose my favorite out of the four? I just try to pick two of "a man" in v 6.1 and Niji 6 that closely follow that initial style I got back from the "" prompt, or if they break the style in interesting ways, and then rinse repeat until I have the 20 images.
