Legal question for Legal BlueSky: Can POTUS issue a pardon for all undocumented immigrants? The pardon power is pretty broad. Could SCOTUS somehow overturn that? Thanks in advance.

I had a radical idea. Could we have a large amount of society change their party to Republican so that no one can see or poll what's happening? Blind voting. How would they know who to cancel/purge and who to keep. Weird thought.

Joe Biden leads by example. He’s not going to do anything outside the rules and the norms. He won’t push the limits, but he should. He won’t even pardon Hunter, but he should do that too.

Biden is a limp noodle & while I fully support doing something like Reagan did to protect people via Amnesty Biden would never. He is an old man concerned by “legacy”, but thing is no one will remember Biden in a few generations, if we make it that far. Screw legacy and get some goddamn teeth man!
