Hey BlueSky did you know there’s a suburb of Cleveland that has 200+ bentgrass lawns? They are mostly seeded Penncross, maintained about .75” and cared for by 3-4 LCOs who specialize in managing bent for homeowners. As far as I can tell, Shaker Heights is the bent lawn capital of the world.

In general, don’t question nice lawns, although I suppose ones that require fungicide should be axed. There is a whole world happening outside your front door for you to get wrapped up and take pride in. Just press pause on the screen and see for yourself!
Also, Shaker Heights Country Club is pretty mint.
