I have a team of founders but we are all ND with spoons allocated across many things, and I am ultimately the leader. But what if I'm a bad leader? How can I not be scared of messing something up that I'm so passionate about?

I love this so much! Most of my friends are also neurodivergent because they just *get it* and I don't have to explain everything about myself over and over again. I always get excited when I find other ND streamers!!
