It's a bit off-topic but I've been trying to get a translation (or location) of what's written on this Finnish spinning wheel that I'm trying to restore.
Others I've asked think it's a region/city in central Finland.

I bought it at an antique store in northern Minnesota in the middle of the Iron Range that was also a major logging area historically.
