They are not that bad. I only had the chocolate chip and the Halloween special blondie cookie though.
I really like insomnia cookies better. They are really moist.
I think they’re pretty amazing, and it’s sad to see people feel like they have to hate on it because it’s not like everything else and it’s become some kind of insider/outsider thing
I hear they're overrated and overpriced, they use cake mix in their cookies, and I have to drive 50 miles to get them. Not worth it when I've got good ones a few minutes' drive from my house.
Oh man I didn’t know there was that many I went one time and that dry chocolate chip made me never go back. Haha maybe I should give them another chance
They’re different than the normal cookie experience, they’re more cake-ish and I think that’s the point of contention, they’re also expensive for no reason and the flavors change but I’d say give it another shot 😂 🙏🏽💯
Crumble is an appropriate name; they are dry AF. Like an overdone shortbread. Also too thick for my preference. I like a thin crispy cookie like Tate’s. The Coconut Crisp is great with ice cream. A bag costs as much as one Crumbl.
Overrated and honestly nasty 🤢 they don’t bake the cookies all the way through and they put too much on their cookies to where it’s overwhelming but also somehow underwhelming at the same time
Have to agree. We have them and Nothing Bundt Cakes here and given a choice I'll go for the little round cakey goodness every time. (Double chocolate and lemon are my favs.)
70% of the cookies are doing too much, and most of them seem half-baked. They act like they are baking them on site but I've never had a warm one. 🧐 Insomnia is so much better.😋
I’ve never had them but they look like they taste like those peanut-free cookies from the grocery store. The ones that are kind of a little like play-doh…
I order them for a friend in Detroit. As she generally eats healthy (food scientist), not doing so on occasion is quite a joy.
She's tried 80% or so of all choices...for science. But they're a once a month thing at best.
Crumbl is not good. Not good at all. They may have one out of every five or six cookies that's decent. Not worth it. Now if you ever get to Cookie Society, try them. They are fantastic. Black owned. They ship. Several locations in the Dallas area.
They're fun to get for a special occasion or treat. I got a box of 4 and they lasted a couple days by cutting each one into fourths. Definitely a sharing cookie.
Someone brought them into the office so figured I'd give them a try cuz it was free and Gross. Tasted like a cake that didn't rise correctly (dense and dry) with a crap ton of frosting (which just tasted like powdered sugar) to try to hide it. If I would've paid for that, I would've been pissed!
Bleh. I’ve tried a few, and they never live up to the hype. Bland, dry AF, and they all taste essentially the same. Not to mention, stupidly expensive for how boring they taste.
I think I’ve only tried them like once or twice but was very underwhelmed. The cookies are too doughy, not in a good way. Told myself I don’t think I’ll be back for a good while. Maybe it’s my preference. 🤷🏻♂️
Overpriced. Overly sweet. Massive calorie dump. And also I hate the fact that the employees barely speak to you when you walk in. It’s basically self serve now. They just hand you the box of cookies that you ordered and paid for on the computer screen.
Aesthetics and marketing don't make up for how disappointingly repulsive this cookie is. It's not a cookie, it's a solid block of uncooked shortening, sugar and flour so sweet and synthetic-tasting that it burns the lining of your oesophagus.

Basic low-standard run-of-the-mill.
I really like insomnia cookies better. They are really moist.
Sometimes an order is GOD TIER and each cookie is a deluxe cake like luxury.
And other times they can’t even make a chocolate chip cookie taste good.
So not worth the $ to roll the dice for me.
But bad 👎
Why was it chewy and crunchy at the same time? 🥴
I’ve had way better, but, I have baker friends.
They also eat like they needed two more minutes in the oven imo
And I'm being generous.
But then I'm a "dark chocolate, complex flavors" type.

but if it’s in front of me imma eat it!
If I want a cookie I'll get a cookie. If I want a dessert that'll last me two days, crumbl.
I’ve never IN MY LIFE thrown cookies away until I got these.
I could bake you some killer mocha cookies that are life changing! And 1000x better than whatever they’re pushing.
I Ike it a bit more simple
Still would prefer Mrs. Fields. Shit, I am cheap. Costco!
The only tasty part is the frosting and if that's the only good part it's not worth the money 🤷🏽♀️
