One practical thing to think about would be interactive items in the scene: making them blend in enough with the background to not jump out, but also clear enough to not get lost.
Yeah it’s definitely a fine balance. I hate it when I’ve been stuck on a game and realise it’s just because there’s something hidden that I’ve not noticed 😂
This looks so cool! Point and click adventure and Take On Me are two of our favorite pieces of media so combining them together sounds like a delicious recipe 😆
