Unlike them, Karen isn’t inherently a bad person. She’s an addict who made terrible decisions, and while that doesn’t excuse her actions, it does add nuance. Having a disease isn’t the same as being a fraudster. #RHOP (2/3)

If she had killed someone, that would be different—but thankfully, she didn’t. Addiction clouds judgment, and while she repeatedly ignored the consequences, and lacked consideration of others and her own life, I still have sympathy for her. #RHOP (3/3)

Many addicts struggle to acknowledge and accept their addiction, which is why recovery can’t truly begin until they do. Hopefully she can accept it and take the time to better herself and reflect while she’s in there. #karenhuger #rhop

She's not only an addict but an extreme narcissist. And she's also a fraudster when you consider that she's tried to force an image of herself on the audience that isn't true. I think that we will start to see more evidence backing up the rumors she's been denying.
