Yes. We must all push back against the notion of the "DEI hire" as being a minority and/or person of color. We must also push back on the concept of DEI as being anti-white. These misconceptions push insecure (often unqualified) white people into a corner. Inclusion means inclusion.

- Getting a new car? Only buy from a minority employee.
- Buying new carpet? Use a minority-owned company.
- Research products & companies BEFORE you buy from them.

Seek out minorities for EVERY purchase moving forward!
