What about if they fly off and hit a pedestrian? Doesn't that warrant the recall as well? Or don't pedestrian matter, just other cars for the recall?

Tesla is recalling nearly every Cybertruck in the United States due to the risk of the exterior panels flying off and hitting other cars on the road.

This comes as Tesla’s stock continues to plunge.
