They sent out the list of projects that won awards. She (and a few others I judged) placed AND qualified for regionals 😭

I spent the morning judging a science fair at my old HS. It’s always so heartwarming to see the next generation excited about science! All the kids were great but talking to a Black girl about her project hit me in the feels. Her face lit up when she realized I was her judge 🥹
