And for the record, by the time I call phone support, it's the very last resort - I've already tried every other possible option, including online, because phone support is so, so bad.

But hey, we're *this* close to having AI agents that will talk to each other, replacing both ends of the support call with automation... and it might actually be more effective. "You guys figure it out and get back to me."
