Rachel Reeve states that building a third runway at Heathrow would reduce pollution as planes would not have to circle whilst waiting for a landing slot. NOT TRUE. A 3rd runway would allow 59% MORE planes to land, and hence 50% more planes would be circling and waiting for slots. We don’t need R3!
