1. An example would be rushing a person in a bad position, you need to understand what makes it a bad position. When someone is stuck in an area, you'll think that it's an easy kill so you go for it because you can. But it's a bad position because they don't contribute much where they are

sure you can rush them and get an easy kill, you waste time doing things that can contribute more to your team, like painting map, charging specials, coordinating an attack, and also you just run the unnecessary risk of being baited into a 2v1

2. Self explanatory, if you're on autopilot mode, you won't be building habits, you'll just be doing old habits, good or bad and this won't change your gameplay

3. They're just players, they might be better but you give yourself less of a chance when you start panicking and feeling defeated on the matchmaking screen. Make yourself believe you're as good as they are or even better, give yourself that confidence/motivation to play to their level.

4. Tilting is fine if you keep it to a minimum, be annoyed at something, let it out, give a yell of frustration but shift your focus back to winning with your team as soon as possible, your tilt should not drag into subsequent games, your tilt should not make you believe you've already lost
